Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Product Owner/Manager, you will serve as the bridge between business strategy and technical execution, driving the evolution of complex CRM ecosystems. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders, including business leaders, architects, and engineering teams, to translate high-level objectives into actionable product roadmaps.

Your daily focus will involve managing the product lifecycle, ensuring that the Salesforce platform-specifically Sales, Service, and Marketing Clouds-delivers measurable value to the organization. By championing user needs and maintaining a rigorous focus on business outcomes, you will ensure that the platform remains scalable, efficient, and aligned with the company's long-term digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and communicate the product vision and roadmap to stakeholders to ensure alignment with organizational goals and market demands.
- Translate complex business requirements into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria to guide the development team through the sprint lifecycle.
- Prioritize the product backlog effectively, balancing technical debt, new feature requests,



and critical bug fixes to maximize business value.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and agile rituals to foster collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement within the delivery team.
- Monitor platform performance and user adoption metrics to identify opportunities for optimization and feature enhancement.
- Collaborate with Salesforce architects to ensure that proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to industry best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by providing clear, data-driven updates on project status, risks, and milestone achievements.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing end-to-end product lifecycles within the Salesforce ecosystem, specifically utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
- Proven ability to lead agile development teams, with a deep understanding of Scrum methodologies and the ability to manage complex backlogs.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical mindset, capable of interpreting business data to drive product decisions and prioritize initiatives that offer the highest return on investment.
- Ability to thrive in a distributed work environment, with the flexibility to collaborate effectively across multiple locations including Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Bhubaneshwar, and Vizag.
- Minimum of 6 to 11 years of professional experience in product management or business analysis roles, with a strong emphasis on CRM and cloud-based platforms.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt quickly to changing business priorities in a fast-paced, global corporate setting.
