Responsibilities Developing and implementing Salesforce Lightning applications to enhance client service capabilities

Managing Salesforce Service Cloud projects, confirming alignment with business objectives

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate enterprise software solutions

Utilizing analytical thinking to optimize business processes and systems

Designing cutting-edge solutions using emerging technologies to address client needs

Leading the development of training materials to support technology implementation

Embracing change and fostering inclusion within project teams to drive successful outcomes What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 4 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Management Information Systems

At least one of the following: Salesforce Certified Administrator; additional Salesforce certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or other role-relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications
