Role Overview :

As a Salesforce Lead/Architect, you will serve as the strategic technical authority, bridging the gap between complex business requirements and scalable cloud solutions. You will lead high-impact engagements, collaborating closely with global stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams to design robust architectures that drive enterprise-wide digital transformation. Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our CRM ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration across Sales, Service, and Revenue operations to deliver superior customer experiences and measurable business growth.

This role is based in Bangalore/Chennai and requires a seasoned professional capable of navigating large-scale, multi-cloud environments with precision and foresight.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions by translating intricate business challenges into scalable, high-performance technical designs that support long-term organizational goals.
- Lead the integration strategy for complex ecosystems, ensuring seamless data flow between Salesforce, Zuora Billing, and Zuora Revenue to maintain financial and operational integrity.
- Oversee the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring that platform capabilities are fully leveraged to enhance user productivity and customer satisfaction.
- Drive the configuration and customization of Salesforce CPQ, streamlining the quote-to-cash process to reduce sales cycle times and improve deal accuracy.




- Mentor cross-functional development teams by establishing best practices in code quality, security, and platform governance to ensure the stability of the enterprise CRM.
- Partner with executive stakeholders to define the technical roadmap, providing expert guidance on platform scalability and the adoption of emerging Salesforce features.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and deploying complex Salesforce architectures, with a deep understanding of multi-cloud integration patterns and data modeling.
- Proven ability to manage the full lifecycle of Salesforce CPQ and Zuora implementations, ensuring alignment between technical configurations and complex revenue recognition requirements.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate high-level technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders and influence decision-making at the leadership level.
- Robust analytical mindset, capable of identifying bottlenecks in existing CRM processes and implementing innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency.
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, demonstrating self-motivation and the capacity to lead distributed teams across Bangalore and Chennai.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant Salesforce Architect certifications.
- 10 to 20 years of professional experience in Salesforce ecosystem development, with a track record of delivering large-scale enterprise projects.
