Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Developer to join our high-performing engineering team in Bangalore or Chennai. In this capacity, you will serve as a technical anchor, architecting and maintaining complex Salesforce ecosystems that drive our core business operations.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional product managers, business analysts, and global stakeholders to translate intricate business requirements into scalable technical solutions. By leveraging your deep expertise in the Salesforce platform and billing ecosystems, you will directly influence the efficiency of our revenue operations, ensuring seamless data flow and optimized user experiences for our internal teams and end customers.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and implement end-to-end Salesforce solutions, focusing on complex integrations to ensure data integrity across the enterprise landscape.
- Configure and customize Salesforce CPQ to streamline the quote-to-cash process, enabling sales teams to generate accurate proposals with greater speed and precision.
- Manage and optimize Zuora Billing and Zuora Revenue implementations to ensure accurate financial reporting and subscription lifecycle management for our global client base.
- Develop robust Salesforce APIs and middleware solutions to facilitate secure, high-performance communication between Salesforce and third-party applications.
- Lead code reviews and technical design sessions,



mentoring junior developers to maintain high standards of code quality and platform security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex system bottlenecks, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance platform performance and user productivity.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated mastery in designing and deploying advanced Salesforce integrations, with a proven ability to manage complex data mapping and synchronization challenges.
- Expert-level proficiency in Salesforce CPQ and the Zuora ecosystem, specifically in configuring billing and revenue recognition workflows to meet rigorous financial standards.
- Strong technical command of Salesforce API frameworks, including REST, SOAP, and Bulk APIs, to build scalable and secure system architectures.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and influence cross-functional project outcomes.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting, effectively coordinating with distributed teams across Bangalore and Chennai.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by a track record of continuous learning and platform certification.
- Proven ability to navigate 6 - 12 years of professional experience in high-growth environments, demonstrating adaptability and a solution-oriented approach to technical debt and new feature development.
