Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and configuration of Salesforce applications.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert for Salesforce development.
- Guide developers on technical solutions and best practices.
- Review code and ensure quality standards are followed.
- Work with Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Develop and support Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and functional consultants.
- Participate in design discussions and architecture decisions.
- Support sprint planning, estimation, and delivery activities.
- Drive adoption of AI-assisted development tools and practices.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and mentor team members.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Strong Salesforce Development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, LWC, and Salesforce Flows.
- Experience with REST and SOAP integrations.
- Understanding of Salesforce Data Model and Security Architecture.
- Knowledge of Salesforce best practices and design patterns.
