We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Developer to join our growing engineering team in Jaipur. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform to solve complex business challenges. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders, to translate business requirements into high-performing technical specifications.
By leveraging your deep technical expertise, you will directly influence the efficiency of our internal operations and enhance the overall experience for our end-users, ensuring our CRM ecosystem remains robust, secure, and future-ready.
Key Responsibilities:
- Architect and implement custom applications using Apex and Lightning Component Framework to streamline business processes and improve system automation.
- Maintain and optimize existing Visualforce pages and legacy codebases to ensure seamless integration with modern Salesforce features.
- Execute complex data migrations and system integrations, ensuring data integrity and security for our global client base.
- Conduct thorough unit testing and code reviews to maintain high standards of software quality and platform stability.
- Partner with stakeholders to troubleshoot technical bottlenecks and provide creative solutions that drive measurable business outcomes.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated proficiency in developing sophisticated business logic using Apex and building responsive user interfaces with the Lightning Component Framework.
- Strong command of JavaScript and its application in enhancing client-side interactivity within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven ability to manage the full software development lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering to final deployment and post-launch support.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within an on-site team environment in Jaipur.
- A proactive mindset with the capacity to adapt to evolving project requirements and a commitment to continuous learning within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, supported by 3 - 6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development.
