Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant to design, implement, and optimize Salesforce Data Cloud solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with customer data integration, identity resolution, segmentation, calculated insights, and activation across Salesforce clouds. You will work closely with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, data-driven customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Data Spaces.
- Implement Identity Resolution and Unified Individual profiles.
- Create and manage Data Mappings, Transformations, and Data Actions.
- Develop customer segments and Calculated Insights for marketing and analytics use cases.
- Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, CRM Analytics, and external systems.
- Configure data ingestion from various sources using APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or native connectors.
- Monitor data quality, governance, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot integration and data processing issues.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Ensure security, compliance, and data privacy best practices are followed.

- Experience implementing enterprise-scale Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
- Robust understanding of customer data management and data governance.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party systems.
