Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design and development of Salesforce CPQ solutions aligned with business requirements.

- Drive end-to-end implementation of Salesforce CPQ projects, including configuration, customization, integration, and deployment.

- Design and configure Product Bundles, Product Rules, Price Rules, Discount Schedules, Guided Selling, Quote Templates, MDQ, Contracting, Renewals, and Amendments.

- Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and Salesforce APIs.

- Integrate Salesforce CPQ with ERP, Billing, Order Management, and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

- Provide technical leadership through solution design, code reviews, architecture discussions,



and adherence to Salesforce best practices.

- Mentor developers and administrators, ensuring high-quality code and technical excellence.

- Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Product Management, and business stakeholders to optimize Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) processes.

- Support production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement long-term solutions.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and release management.

- Maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and deployment artifacts.
