Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst (BA) with 6+ years of overall experience and strong expertise in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, and solution design. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand business requirements, design scalable Salesforce solutions, and drive successful project delivery while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through client discussions and workshops.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, solution design documents, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects, Developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to deliver end-to-end Salesforce solutions.
- Conduct solution demonstrations, design workshops, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or Industry Cloud.
- Estimate project effort, identify project risks, and support project planning activities.
- Lead client interactions, manage stakeholder expectations, and provide functional guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure high-quality project documentation, training materials, and deployment support.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Required Skills
- 6+ years of overall IT experience with significant experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst or Salesforce Functional Consultant .




- Strong experience in Salesforce implementation projects and consulting engagements.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud (Communities), Marketing Cloud, or Industry Cloud .
- Good understanding of Salesforce Lightning, Integrations, and Force.com Platform .
- Expertise in requirement gathering, business process mapping, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Experience preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, process flows, and functional documentation.
- Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience conducting workshops, preparing effort estimates, and managing project deliverables.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and Salesforce implementation best practices.
- Ability to lead discussions, manage stakeholders, and coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with Heroku and Salesforce Commerce/E-commerce solutions.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, or related certifications).
- Experience working in consulting environments or with global clients.
- Experience mentoring teams and leading functional workstreams.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Applications, or a related discipline.
