About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce CDP Architect to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-wide Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform architectures that enable our clients to harness the full potential of their customer data.

You will lead the solution design for Salesforce Data Cloud across global implementations, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data management frameworks. Your expertise will guide the development of target-state customer data architectures, identity resolution strategies, and real-time processing solutions. As a key contributor, you will facilitate architecture workshops, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and engage with clients to deliver innovative data-driven solutions that enhance customer insights and marketing effectiveness.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have between 8 to 10 years of experience in consulting or related roles involving complex data architecture projects.



A solid proficiency in SQL is essential, along with hands-on experience with APIs (REST/SOAP).

Candidates should possess a solid understanding of data modeling, data warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT development. Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud is required, along with familiarity with customer data management and identity stitching techniques.

Experience managing end-to-end project delivery for global clients is highly valued. A proven track record of designing scalable, secure, and compliant data solutions is critical for success in this role.

Responsibilities Define and architect enterprise-wide Customer 360 and Customer Data Platform frameworks aligned with client business objectives.

Lead the design and deployment of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions for global implementations, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.

Develop and implement target-state customer data architectures, including data models, data domains, and identity resolution frameworks.

Create comprehensive data governance, consent management, and privacy frameworks to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.

Establish reusable assets, templates, and standards to streamline solution delivery and promote consistency across projects.

Design unified customer profiles, including identity resolution, golden record strategies,



and customer matching rules.

Architect both real-time and batch processing architectures to support diverse data integration and activation scenarios.

Develop audience creation and customer segmentation frameworks to enable targeted marketing and personalization efforts.

Conduct architecture workshops and client design sessions, translating business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Manage end-to-end project delivery, coordinating with cross-functional teams and ensuring timely, high-quality outcomes.
