Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Salesforce Automation Tester to join our dynamic team in Pune, focusing on the seamless integration of Marketing Cloud and Copado. In this role, you will be the bridge between complex technical requirements and high-quality end-user experiences, ensuring our marketing automation workflows are robust, scalable, and error-free. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional development teams, product owners, and business stakeholders to define testing strategies that align with business goals.

By driving the automation roadmap and managing deployment pipelines through Copado, you will directly influence the reliability of our customer engagement platforms and ensure that every marketing campaign is executed with precision and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute comprehensive automation frameworks for Salesforce Marketing Cloud to ensure high-performance delivery of marketing journeys and data extensions.
- Manage end-to-end release automation and version control processes using Copado to streamline deployment cycles and minimize production risks.
- Collaborate with developers to identify critical test scenarios, ensuring that complex integrations between Salesforce and third-party marketing tools function as intended.
- Lead the identification and resolution of defects by performing deep-dive root cause analysis, thereby maintaining the integrity of our CRM ecosystem.




- Mentor junior team members on best practices for Salesforce testing, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement across the engineering department.
- Translate business requirements into actionable test scripts that validate complex marketing logic, ensuring that customer-facing outcomes meet stakeholder expectations.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in architecting and maintaining automation testing frameworks specifically within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on Marketing Cloud functionality.
- Proven ability to leverage Copado for CI/CD pipeline management, ensuring efficient and error-free deployments in complex enterprise environments.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to communicate technical testing strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across the project lifecycle.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing, supported by 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a cooperative, hybrid work environment in Pune, working effectively with global teams across different time zones.
- A proactive mindset toward problem-solving and a commitment to staying updated with the latest Salesforce releases and industry-standard automation tools.
