Summary The Salesforce Administrator/Developer plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Salesforce implementations, ensuring that business requirements are effectively translated into robust solutions using a variety of development techniques.

Main Responsibilities

- Maintain existing implementations using Salesforce development skills including Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
- Employ declarative solutions like Flow and Dynamic Forms.
- Transform business requirements into robust Salesforce solutions.
- Design, develop, and support Salesforce solutions using best practices.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Technical Architects and Product Teams for estimates and solution implementation.
- Support maintenance teams with Incident Management and technical advisory tasks.
- Conduct technical gap analysis and develop design documents for complex solutions.
- Stay updated with Salesforce's periodic releases to enhance platform use.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related engineering field.




- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.
- Proven knowledge of Salesforce development best practices.
- Experience with Salesforce development backend (e.g., Apex) and front-end (LWC).
- Competency in Flows, Energetic Forms, and Automations.
- General configuration experience (point & click solutions).
- Understanding of release management best practices.
- Proficient in Salesforce API and data integration tools.
- Familiarity with core Salesforce modules (e.g., Sales Cloud features).
- Certifications: Platform Developer 2, Flow Specialist SuperBadge, and LWC Specialist SuperBadge.

Nice to Have:
- Certifications such as Advanced Administrator, B2B Commerce, or Experience Cloud.
- Previous experience with Copado.
- Experience working with Jira, Confluence, and Git.
