Job Title: Sales Representative (Field Sales) Location: Rajkot / Bhavnagar, Gujarat Experience :0–1 Year (Freshers Welcome) Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Representatives to promote advanced medical devices and build strong relationships with hospitals and healthcare professionals. This is a field sales role offering an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to start their career in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities Visit hospitals, clinics, and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.

Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, hospital administrators, and healthcare professionals.

Present and promote medical devices and healthcare solutions.

Educate doctors and hospital staff about product features and perks.

Assist during product implantation procedures whenever required.

Identify new business opportunities and generate leads.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure excellent customer service.

Maintain accurate records of client visits, sales activities, and follow-ups.

Participate in medical conferences, product demonstrations, and promotional activities.

Candidate Requirements





Graduate in any discipline.

0–1 year of experience in sales or any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Prior experience in medical device sales or pacemaker implant assistance will be an added advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-driven, target-oriented, and willing to work in a field sales environment.

Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Basic English and Hindi communication skills. Gujarati proficiency is preferred.

Valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is preferred. Training & Benefits Comprehensive product training for approximately 3 months.
