- Guide Executive Teams: Monitor daily calls, site visits, and client follow-ups.

- Train New Hires: Educate staff on land layouts, legal approvals, and pitches.

- Set Monthly Targets: Distribute sales quotas and track individual performance daily.

- Conduct Daily Reviews: Hold morning meetings to review pipelines and resolve bottlenecks.

Sales & Revenue Generation

- Close High-Value Deals: Step in to convert hesitant, high-net-worth prospects.

- Drive Site Visits: Organize and lead weekend client visits to layout locations.

- Manage Lead Pipelines: Allocate CRM leads fairly to maximize conversion rates.

- Execute BTL Activities: Plan local marketing campaigns, property expos, and canopy setups.

- Experience: 3+ years in Real Estate sales,

- Skills: Strong knowledge of local land legalities, layout approvals (DTCP/CMDA/RERA equivalent), and CRM tools.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
