- Eligibility: 3 years of overall experience and 1 year of experience as a Team Lead/ Quality Analyst/ Trainer is needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Allocate work and track if the team is working towards the desired goals,
- Review requirements and create test strategy,
- Analysis of team's performance and identifying the problem popping up in the process,
- Coordinate with internal, external team and with client as well, etc.
