Role Description The Sales Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Malappuram, responsible for guiding and managing a sales team to achieve revenue and growth targets. This role involves planning daily sales activities, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and support to team members.

The Sales Team

Lead will handle key customer interactions, ensure high-quality service, and resolve escalated issues to maintain strong relationships. They will analyze sales data, prepare reports, and collaborate with leadership to refine strategies, campaigns, and pipeline management. The role also includes training new team members,



conducting regular reviews, and fostering a positive, goal-oriented sales culture aligned with Skilzon’s mission.

Qualifications

Strong Analytical Skills to interpret sales data, forecast performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

Proven Team Management experience, including mentoring, performance monitoring, and coordinating daily sales operations.

Excellent Customer Service capabilities to handle key accounts, address escalations, and ensure a positive client experience.

Clear and confident Communication skills for coaching team members, presenting to stakeholders, and engaging with customers.

Demonstrated Sales expertise in meeting targets, managing pipelines, and executing sales strategies.

Experience in education, training, or career services industries is an advantage.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Ability to work on-site in Malappuram and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
