Minimum 5 years of overall experience in sales, preferably in Inside Sales
At least 2 years of experience in team handling and managing telesales agents
B2C sales experience is mandatory
Strong experience in Inside Sales / Telesales operations
Good understanding of key call center metrics such as attrition, shrinkage, productivity, and performance management
Ability to motivate, coach, and guide the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Solid communication, leadership, and people management skills
Ability to monitor team performance and provide feedback for improvement
