Role Overview

We are looking for a Cyber Security Sales Team Leader to build, coach, and drive a high-performing sales team focused on enrolling learners into our cyber security career programs. This is a floor-leadership role that combines team management, hands-on selling, and target ownership, with a compensation structure that rewards performance without a ceiling on incentives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of academic counsellors/sales executives selling cyber security career programs to prospective learners
- Set and drive monthly enrolment and revenue targets for the team, with direct accountability for team-level performance
- Join high-value sales calls and demos alongside team members to help close larger or stalled deals
- Ensure CRM hygiene, accurate pipeline forecasting,



and clean lead-to-close tracking across the team
- Continuously refine sales scripts, objection handling, and outreach cadences based on what is converting
- Support hiring and onboarding of new sales team members as the team scales
- Report team performance, pipeline health, and forecasts to senior management on a regular basis

Requirements

- 2+ years of experience in sales, with at least some experience leading or mentoring a team
- Prior exposure to tech, EdTech, or cyber security sales is a strong plus.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and people-coaching skills
- Comfortable working with CRM tools and data-driven sales tracking
- Based in or willing to relocate to Delhi NCR; this is an on-site role

Compensation & Benefits

- Fixed monthly salary of 60,000 – 70,000, based on experience
- Uncapped performance incentives, structured as a percentage of revenue closed by the team
