MerakiCare is a physician-led home healthcare company serving elderly patients across Hyderabad and Secunderabad. We coordinate compassionate, professional care for families who cannot always be present for their loved ones. As we grow, we're looking for someone who can be the warm, reliable first point of contact for families reaching out to us — and a driving force in connecting with recent clients and partners.

The Role

This is a dual sales-and-support role at the heart of our day-to-day operations. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, keep our office running smoothly, coordinate across internal teams and external partners, and actively reach out to prospective clients through LinkedIn and other platforms. It's a role for someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people, thinks on their feet, and takes ownership of getting things done.

What You'll Do

- Handle incoming calls from families, patients, and partners with warmth, patience, and clarity
- Make outgoing calls for follow-ups, coordination, and client engagement
- Reach out to prospective clients and partners via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms




- Manage office administration and keep internal processes organized
- Coordinate between internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups

What We're Looking For

- 0–2 years of experience (freshers with the right attitude are welcome)
- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu
- Sharp reasoning and problem-solving ability — you can think through a situation, not just follow a script
- Comfort with phone conversations and professional digital outreach
- A warm, empathetic manner, especially given that many of our clients are families caring for elderly loved ones
- Organized, dependable, and able to juggle multiple responsibilities
- Willingness to work full-time, on-site at our Jubilee Hills office
