About the role:
UniTracko is looking for energetic Sales Support Executives to power our sales engine. You'll be on the phone reaching out to leads, following up, scheduling meetings, and helping move prospects toward a "yes." It's a fast, people-facing role - perfect for someone early in their career who's a strong communicator, eager to learn, and excited to grow into sales.
Whether you have a couple of years of experience or you're a sharp fresher from a good college with the gift of the gab, if you're driven and love talking to people, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do:
- Make outbound calls and handle inbound enquiries from prospects, leads, and partners
- Follow up diligently with leads and keep them warm and moving through the pipeline
- Schedule and coordinate meetings and demos for the business development team
- Explain UniTracko's offering clearly and answer common questions
- Support lead conversion through timely, persistent follow-ups
- Keep the CRM accurate and up to date with calls, notes, and next steps
- Coordinate closely with the BD and marketing teams to hit shared targets
What we're looking for:
- Excellent verbal communication in English and Hindi clear, warm, and confident on the phone
- 0-3 years of experience freshers from valuable colleges are welcome to apply
- A genuine people person who enjoys talking to and helping others
- Eager to learn, coachable, and hungry to grow into a sales career
- Organised and reliable, with good follow-up habits
- Comfortable spending a good part of the day on calls
- Basic comfort with Excel / Google Sheets and CRM tools (or a quick learner)
Preferred Skills to have:
- Experience or internship in edtech or the education sector (strongly preferred)
- Prior exposure to inside sales, tele-calling, or customer-facing roles
- Familiarity with any CRM (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, or similar)
