Role

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Sales Customer Service Representative (CSR) Business Support to join our Preservatives business team at our Pune Office. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless order processing, customer coordination, and business support activities to deliver excellent customer service and operational efficiency.

Industry: Specialty Chemicals / Preservatives / Manufacturing (Preferred)

Role & responsibilities

- Handle and process customer purchase orders from receipt to dispatch.
- Coordinate with the plant team, transporters, and customers to ensure timely order execution and deliveries.
- Process and manage customer sampling requests.
- Follow up with mid-sized customers (B to B & B to C category) for outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with customers for order planning, forecasting, and delivery schedules.
- Maintain and update customer databases and business records.




- Prepare and maintain order-related documentation and reports.
- Support the sales and business team in day-to-day customer service and operational activities.
- Perform other business support activities as required.

Job location - Aundh, Pune

Preferred candidate profile

- Immediate Joiner preferred.
- Minimum 5-8years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Order Processing, or Business Support, preferably in a manufacturing, chemical, or B2B industry.
- Good understanding of order management, invoicing, dispatch coordination, and customer service processes.
- Solid communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP experience preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
