Role Description The Sales Specialist role at Carsuit is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Sales

Specialist will engage with walk-in and referred customers, understand their vehicle care and modification needs, and recommend suitable services such as paint protection, ceramic coating, wraps, detailing, and mods. Daily responsibilities include explaining product features and benefits, preparing quotations, closing sales, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions. The role also involves coordinating with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery,



following up with customers for feedback and repeat business, and participating in promotional activities or training sessions.

The Sales

Specialist is expected to contribute to sales targets, uphold high customer service standards, and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build long-term relationships.
