Sales Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of AMC, O&M;, water treatment chemicals, consumables, spares, and services.

- Develop new customers and expand business in the assigned territory.

- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.

- Provide technical support and prepare quotations.

- Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer satisfaction.

- Build long-term customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Service Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Execute installation, commissioning, servicing, AMC, and maintenance of water & wastewater treatment systems.

- Build and maintain solid customer relationships while expanding customer coverage.

- Generate service leads and support instrument/product sales.

- Prepare and submit service reports and quotations on time.

- Coordinate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.

- Conduct site visits, seminars, exhibitions, and service camps to promote services and solutions.
