Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inquiries, converting leads into clients, and building long-term relationships with prospective customers interested in immigration and study abroad services.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through various marketing channels.
- Understand clients' immigration, study abroad, or visa requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Explain our services, process, and pricing to prospective clients.
- Convert inquiries into enrollments by achieving monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with the counseling and documentation teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process.
- Attend training sessions and stay updated with immigration policies and company offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer service, or business development (experience in immigration, education, or visa consultancy is preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Knowledge of Gujarati will be an added advantage.
