About the Role

We are hiring dynamic managers to be the face of Invest Buddy. Your job is to build trust, book appointments, and ensure a premium client experience from first call to site visit.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead & Appointment Generation: Call HNI databases, respond to inquiries, book office meetings & site visits
- Client Handling: Welcome clients at office, give property presentations, build long-term relationships
- Site Coordination: Schedule and accompany clients for site visits with sales team. Ensure smooth experience
- CRM & Follow-ups: Update CRM, do follow-ups, send proposals, coordinate with sales team for closures
- Event Coordination: Help organize property events, coffee meets, and HNI outreach programs
- Brand Representation: Represent "Invest Buddy - Your Trusted Partner" with elegance and professionalism

Requirements:

- Experience:



2-5 years in Real Estate Sales/Relationship Management. Freshers with solid communication skills can apply
- Skills: Excellent communication, convincing, presentation & coordination skills
- Profile: Confident, presentable, and comfortable with client meetings + site visits
- Network: Existing HNI client base is a plus
- Education: Graduate. MBA preferred
