Job Summary

As a Sales Manager at Bar Code India, you will act as a vital link between customer needs and our cutting-edge AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture) solutions.

Your role will involve pre- and post-sales engagement, technical consultation, solution presentations, and driving software sales hardware sales including barcode scanners, printers, RFID systems, and associated software.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and recommend customized solutions involving barcode scanners, printers, RFID hardware, and software solutions.

- Deliver engaging product demonstrations and presentations, simplifying technical features for decision-makers.

- Provide technical support throughout the sales cycle, including system integration guidance and post-sales troubleshooting.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term partnerships.

- Prepare technical proposals and respond to RFPs, contributing to successful contract closures.





- Communicate customer feedback to product and service teams to influence future enhancements.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies in barcode and RFID.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in Sales, technical sales, or solution sales within the AIDC, barcode, RFID, or automotive sector etc.

- Hands-on knowledge of barcode technologies, RFID systems, industrial printers/scanners, and related software.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Customer-focused attitude and strong problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a quick-paced environment.

- Willingness to travel locally and regionally for client meetings and demos.
