- 7-10 years of sales operations, finance or accounting experience including 5 years’ experience in information technology / Technology services industry.
- Strong understanding of end‑to‑end sales processes, pipeline management, forecasting, quota/territory planning, and bookings/revenue metrics.
- Exceptional analytical skills combined with sound business judgment, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for sales leadership.
- Advanced hands-on experience with Salesforce.com (CRM hygiene, dashboards, reports, and data integrity).
- Expert-level proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, modeling, automation concepts) and PowerPoint for executive-ready storytelling.
- Experience working with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar) is highly desirable.




- Proven track record of building and maintaining standardized reporting, dashboards, and recurring executive/business reviews.
- Ability to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across sales performance and proactively recommend improvements.
- Experience supporting, training, and onboarding current sales professionals on processes, reporting, and tools.
- Ability to partner effectively with Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Leadership teams across multiple geographies and functions.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment while also collaborating effectively within cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
