Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other online platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Reach out to prospective clients and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions using CRM tools.
- Create and manage basic marketing content for social media and email campaigns.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve sales and marketing goals.
- Prepare weekly reports on lead generation, campaign performance, and market insights.
- Represent Detagenix professionally during client interactions.

Eligibility Criteria
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal,



presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and B2B sales.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to learn.
- Must be available to work from our Indore office.

Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or lead generation tools.
- Basic understanding of CRM software.
- Experience with Canva or social media content creation.
- Interest in IT services, software development, or technology solutions.
