- Generate new business opportunities for HVAC Service & AMC contracts.
- Promote Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), repairs, and retrofit solutions.
- Visit customer sites to identify service requirements and prepare proposals.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate with service and operations teams for the timely execution of work.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and payment collections.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Maintain customer records, sales reports, and market information.
- Identify opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling HVAC services.
- Diploma/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in HVAC Service & AMC sales.
- Good knowledge of HVAC systems, maintenance services,
and AMC contracts.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willing to travel for client meetings and site visits.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Valid driving license will be an added advantage.
