Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Executive to join our Project Finance team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, client relationship management, and business development. Candidates with knowledge of banking products, project finance, loans, or financial services will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through field visits, referrals, and networking.

- Identify and approach clients requiring project finance solutions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, financial institutions, and business partners.

- Understand clients' funding requirements and recommend suitable financial products.

- Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales reports.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.

- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance,



or a related field.

- 4–8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Project Finance, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services, or Loan Sales.

- Good understanding of banking processes, project finance, business loans, or working capital finance.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build long-term client relationships.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Project Finance, Banking, NBFC, Corporate Loan, Business Loan, Working Capital, Loan Against Property (LAP), or SME Finance.

- Existing network with banks or financial institutions will be an added advantage.

- Knowledge of loan documentation and credit processes is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
