It also manufactures its own branded Floor Spring Door Closer, reflecting strong in-house product capabilities.

Operations are supported by a well-built infrastructure of approximately 75,000 square feet. World-class solutions are driven by strong machining capabilities, skilled manpower, and a consistent focus on quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.

Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.

Build and maintain robust relationships with OEMs, architects, fabricators, and key customers.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Conduct product presentations, customer meetings, and site visits.

Prepare quotations, negotiate prices,



and close orders.

Coordinate with production, dispatch, and accounts for timely order execution.

Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

Resolve customer complaints and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Travel across assigned territories to expand the customer base.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline (MBA/Marketing preferred).

2–5 years of experience in Channel Sales, Dealer Sales, or OEM Sales.

Experience in Architectural Hardware, Glass Fittings, Door Hardware, or Building Materials is preferred.

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Good computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email).

Basic mechanical understanding.

Ability to handle PAN India customer coordination.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to travel.
