Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to support business expansion by generating leads, engaging with potential customers, and driving conversions. The role involves managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to customer on boarding and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to generate leads and business opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries and convert them into sales
- On board new customers and ensure smooth account setup
- Maintain regular follow-ups to drive repeat business
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Update and manage data in CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for service delivery
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/ Post Graduate( MBA Preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in inside sales/tele-sales (preferred)
- Good communication skills in English & Hindi
- Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel
- Solid interpersonal and persuasion skills
