Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets Identify and acquire new clients in sectors such as advertising, publishing, packaging, and corporate printing Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and industry trends Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and quotations Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets Coordinate with production and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings to generate leads Sales Targets & KPIs:Monthly/Quarterly revenue targets (e.g., ₹20–50 lakhs depending on region/experience) New client acquisition targets (e.g., 5–10 new accounts per month)
Conversion rate from leads to closures Client retention and repeat business percentage Average order value growth Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field 3–8 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in printing, packaging, or advertising industry) Strong understanding of printing processes (offset, digital, large format, packaging) Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and in a target-driven setting Preferred Skills:Existing network in printing/advertising/corporate sectors Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking systems Experience handling B2B sales Compensation Structure:Fixed salary performance-based incentives Sales commission based on target achievement Travel allowance / reimbursement Working Conditions:Field sales role with frequent client visits Travel within assigned territory
