1. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Monitor lead allocation, follow-ups, site visits, and conversion ratios.
3. Develop sales strategies and ensure effective implementation at the project site.
4. Coordinate with marketing, CRM, and management for campaigns and customer feedback.
5. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and present performance updates.
6. Handle negotiations with key customers and assist in closing high-value deals.
7. Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales processes.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
