Job Chance – Sales Manager (Agency) Position: Sales Manager – Agency Industry: Life Insurance Job Responsibilities: Recruit and onboard insurance advisors. Train, guide, and manage advisors to achieve business targets. Generate new business through advisors and direct customer acquisition.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Conduct regular advisor meetings and performance reviews. Ensure monthly sales and productivity targets are achieved. Attend company training programs and comply with organizational policies.
