Role Overview The Vertical Lead – Mumbai will be responsible for driving business growth, expanding the company's presence, and leading the Mumbai sales vertical. The role involves managing key client relationships, developing strategic business opportunities, mentoring the sales team, and ensuring successful project closures while achieving revenue and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the Mumbai business vertical, ensuring consistent revenue growth and market expansion.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.




- Build and maintain robust relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, builders, developers, contractors, and key decision-makers.
- Identify and capitalize on upcoming residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, and luxury project opportunities.
- Lead the complete project sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, solution presentations, negotiations, order closures, and collections.
- Collaborate with design, estimation, technical, and operations teams to deliver customized lighting solutions and ensure seamless project execution.
- Guide, mentor, and monitor the performance of the Mumbai sales team while driving productivity and target achievement.
- Conduct regular client presentations, specification meetings, product demonstrations, and site visits.
