We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Tenkasi District.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the showroom sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase vehicle sales and market share.
- Monitor daily sales activities and ensure consistent follow-up with prospects and customers.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate Sales Executives to improve productivity and performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
- Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams for seamless vehicle delivery.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify business opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to management.




- Conduct regular review meetings and implement action plans to achieve business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with Hyundai dealership standards and company policies.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile dealership industry.
- Experience in leading and managing a sales team is mandatory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Possession of a valid two-wheeler/four-wheeler driving license is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across Tenkasi District for business development and customer engagement.
