We're hiring a Marketing Manager to own marketing end-to-end for our PVC wire and cable manufacturing business , from strategy to execution. This is a hands-on, individual-contributor role with no team to manage. You'll build brand visibility, generate leads for dealers and distributors, and shape the marketing function as you go. Competitive compensation as per market.
What we look for
- 3-6 years of marketing experience, ideally in manufacturing, industrial products, or B2B
- Robust grasp of digital marketing, SEO, social media, content, and basic paid ads
- Comfortable working independently with minimal oversight
- Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop) or ability to brief designers effectively
- Understanding of the wire and cable industry, or willingness to learn technical product specs quickly
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
