- Sales & Marketing for Control Panels i.e. LT panels (MCC, PCC,APFC), HT Panels, LV/MV Switchboards, Starter panels, PLC Panel, DG Synch Panel, Distribution boards, etc.
- Knowledge of MCB, MCCB, Relays, ACB.
- Involved in Brand building activities, launch of new Products.
- Lead Generation and Negotiation skills.
- To develop and retain OEMs, EUs and Corporate Customers.
- Identify major solution requirements for the focus segments
- Understanding of Handling large value contracts and commercial terms
- Technically sound and willing to learn recent concepts.
- Person will be daily reporting to GM and MD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including facilitation of group presentations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
- Self-motivated and highly organized
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills
- Comfortable in managing complex and demanding situations.
- Ability to work independently with minimum guidance and to work in cross functional teams with multiple skills sets.
