- Manage Loan Against Property (LAP) business with ticket sizes ranging from 20 Lakhs to 5 Crores
- Drive sourcing and acquisition through DSA channels
- Build and maintain solid relationships with channel partners and customers
- Achieve business and portfolio growth targets

Minimum Graduate
Preferred Experience
Experience in Business LAP / Mortgage / Secured Lending
DSA sourcing experience is mandatory
Strong sales and relationship management skills
