Job Role

- Manage overall sales/admissions team and drive target achievement

- Supervise Team Leaders and counselors for lead conversion and admissions

- Plan sales strategies to increase admissions and revenue

- Monitor team productivity, performance, and daily sales activities

- Train, guide, and motivate the team for better results

- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with management for business growth

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and sales management skills

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

- Good knowledge of admission counselling and team management

- Strong reporting and analytical skills

- Ability to handle pressure and drive performance

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
