Role & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive growth across three core operational pillars:

- Room Sales: Target corporate clients, travel agents, and individual guests to optimize room occupancy and revenue.
- Banquet & Event Sales: Prospect, convert, and execute bookings for corporate conferences, weddings, social gatherings, and private events.
- Membership Sales: Drive member acquisition campaigns for corporate, family, and individual club memberships.
- Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong networks with corporate clients, event planners, and local businesses.

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Experience: 3 to 5 years in hospitality sales (Hotels, Resorts, or Recreational Clubs).
- Skills: Excellent communication, strong negotiation abilities, client prospecting, and target-driven approach.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the local Nashik corporate and social market is a solid advantage.
