Job Title: Sales Manager – Insurance

Locations: Bangalore, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Gujarat, Pune, Kolkata & Mysore

About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Sales Managers with prior experience in the insurance industry to drive business growth, manage agency operations, and build solid distribution networks across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of General and Health Insurance products through agency and partner channels.
- Recruit, onboard, and manage insurance agents, POSPs, and business partners.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, corporate clients, and channel partners.
- Monitor sales performance, productivity, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure smooth policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and customer service.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for quotations, underwriting, and claim support.
- Conduct training and motivation programs for agents and sales teams.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline .
- 1–3 years of experience in General Insurance, Health Insurance, or Insurance Broking.
- Mandatory experience in Agency Sales, Operations, and Business Development.
- Existing network of agents and channel partners will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
