- We are looking for an experienced and agile Regional Sales Manager (RSM) from the Laminates / Sunmica industry.

- The candidate must have a proven track record in channel sales, distributor development, dealer network expansion, and retail market penetration in their respective region.

Key Responsibilities

- Channel Sales Distribution Management Manage and grow the regional dealer and distributor network.

- Appoint new distributors and ensure market coverage.

- Develop channel partners and drive secondary sales.

- Conduct regular market visits and ensure strong retail presence.

- Business Development Market Growth Identify new business opportunities across assigned territories.

- Achieve sales targets and ensure consistent revenue growth.

- Map competition activities and implement growth strategies.

- Conduct product demos, retail activation, and branding initiatives.





- Relationship Management Maintain strong relations with architects, interior designers, carpenters, and contractors.

- Support distributors with stock planning, schemes, and promotional strategies.

- Resolve channel conflicts and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Sales Operations Reporting Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.

- Track performance metrics: primary/secondary sales, collection, credit control.

- Share regular market intelligence reports with leadership.

- Team Coordination Coordinate with internal teams: logistics, accounts, marketing, and customer support.

- Support field executives and ensure productivity across regions.
