About the Role We are looking for a result-driven and energetic Sales Manager to develop Freshwick’s retail sales network and generate regular business from retailers, wholesalers, distributors, and commercial customers.

The Sales

Manager will be responsible for visiting retail markets, meeting shop owners, presenting Freshwick products, explaining pricing and margins, generating orders, and developing long-term customer relationships. This is an on-ground, field-sales-oriented position that requires regular market visits within Bhiwadi and nearby areas.

Key Responsibilities Order Generation: Generate orders from retailers, wholesalers, distributors, offices, hotels, restaurants, hospitals, institutions, and other commercial establishments. Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company. Increase average order value by promoting multiple products from the Freshwick portfolio.

New Customer Acquisition: Identify and approach recent retailers, distributors, and commercial customers. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.

Freshwick’s retail and distribution network across the assigned territory.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain professional relationships with shopkeepers, retailers, distributors, and business customers.



Regularly visit existing customers to collect repeat orders and understand their requirements. Address basic customer concerns and coordinate with the internal team for timely resolution.

Payment and Collection Follow-Up: Coordinate with customers regarding invoices, payments, and outstanding amounts. Follow up on pending payments and support timely payment collection. Maintain proper records of orders, payments, and customer commitments.

Who We’re Looking For Experience Candidates with experience in FMCG, consumer goods, household products, cleaning products, retail sales, distributor sales, or field sales will be preferred. Candidates who have worked with retailers, wholesalers, supermarkets, general stores, or distributors will have an advantage. Freshers with strong communication skills, confidence, and an interest in field sales may also apply.

Knowledge of the Bhiwadi retail market and nearby areas will be preferred.
