Role Description

- Will be responsible for managing Project Sales / Channel Sales / Distribution Sales.
- Cold Calling / Customer management / Business Generation
- Will be responsible for the business growth as per the vision of the company.
- Identify /develop and nurture business partners through frequent visits and training.
- Provide technical and business support to the partners.
- Arranging demo at the client's place for product briefing in coordination with BDD.
- Creating robust brand awareness in the market, thus increasing the sales/volumes and Revenues at the same time.




- Analyzing business potential and implementing plans for attaining sales targets, supplementing turnover, and achieving the desired targets.
- To have proper daily MIS reporting in excel to the Management for the internal as well as external activities for the assessment of their own performance.
- Should have worked in Channels, Architects, Consultants, Builders, MEP, and Industrial segments.
- Minimum domain experience with System Integrators Business of Conventional & Addressable Fire Alarm and Analog and IP PA Systems and technically well versed would be beneficial.

Education: BE / B. Tech / MBA / Graduation with similar field experience / ITI or Diploma with Fire Alarm & PA system industry experience.
