Position: Sales Manager – Rigid Packaging

Job Summary looking for an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth in the rigid plastic packaging segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing key customer accounts, and expanding the company's presence across FMCG, Personal Care, Home Care, Food & Beverage, Pharmaceuticals, and Industrial Packaging sectors.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire recent customers for rigid plastic packaging products, including PET bottles, HDPE bottles, jars, containers, caps, and closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in FMCG, Pharma, Personal Care, Food & Beverage, and Industrial companies.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and order closure.
- Coordinate with internal teams including production, planning, quality, and logistics to ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Conduct customer visits, product presentations, and technical discussions to promote packaging solutions.
- Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and finalize contracts while maintaining company profitability.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities,



and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and pipeline updates for management review.

Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience
- 10–12 years of experience in B2B Sales within the Rigid Plastic Packaging, PET Packaging, FMCG Packaging, Industrial Packaging, or Packaging Manufacturing industry.

- Proven track record of handling key accounts and achieving sales targets.

Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales and business development expertise.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in key account management and strategic customer acquisition.
- Knowledge of rigid plastic packaging products and manufacturing processes.
- Strong commercial acumen and market analysis skills.
- Proficiency in CRM, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel extensively for customer meetings and business development.
