We are looking for a performance-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales operations at our Ather Space / Experience Center. You will be responsible for driving sales targets for Ather's range of premium electric scooters (Rizta, 450X, 450S, 450 Apex), managing day-to-day showroom operations, training the sales team, and delivering a world-class customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Sales & Target Achievement: Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for Ather electric scooters.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate sales executives, ensuring high performance, proper product pitch, and excellent customer service.
- Lead Management: Monitor walk-in inquiries, online leads, test rides, and follow-ups to maximize lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Showroom Operations: Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, stock management, and smooth delivery processes.
- Customer Relationship Management: Ensure premium customer experience, handle escalation of customer queries, and assist with vehicle financing/insurance options.
- Local Marketing:



Coordinate local promotional events, outdoor test ride campaigns, and demand generation activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Management (Automobile, EV, Two-Wheeler, Telecom, or Consumer Durables retail preferred).
- Education: Graduate degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred).
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and lead closure skills.
- Knowledge: Understanding of EV technology, finance/loan processing, and local market trends is a major plus.
- Requirements: Valid Two-Wheeler Driving License.
