Job Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead sales activities, drive business growth, and build robust relationships with hospitals, healthcare professionals, and distributors. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing key customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities

- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.

- Develop new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.

- Lead and support the sales team to improve performance.

- Conduct product presentations and customer meetings.

- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

- Prepare sales reports and sales forecasts.

Qualifications

- 3–7 years of sales experience in the medical device or healthcare industry.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
