Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager Business Development Manager to drive business growth in the real estate and construction sector. The role involves developing relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and contractors, generating enquiries, preparing techno-commercial proposals, and closing project sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales efforts and relationship building.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, and PMC firms.
- Identify upcoming projects and secure opportunities at the planning and execution stages.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare and submit techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize orders.
- Coordinate with design, estimation, manufacturing, and project teams for smooth project execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile





- 3-6 years of experience in Project Sales B2B Sales.
- Experience dealing with builders, developers, architects, consultants, or contractors.
- Solid network within the real estate and construction industry will be an added advantage.
- Candidates from Elevator, HVAC, Fire Fighting Systems, Building Materials, Facade Systems, Security & Automation, MEP Products, Construction Equipment, Industrial Equipment, or related project sales industries are preferred.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of independently managing the complete sales cycle.
